The short version
Sideline collects no data about you: no personal information, usage data, diagnostics or identifiers. There are no Sideline accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no ads and no third-party code that would. Your league data stays on your device.
What the app sends
The app talks directly to Sleeper's public API, to look up your username and read your leagues, rosters, matchups, scores and projections, and to ESPN, to read your ESPN leagues, matchups and scores. Nothing passes through a server run by the developer. Sleeper and ESPN handle these requests under their own privacy policies.
Signing in to ESPN
You sign in on ESPN's own page, and the app never sees your password. ESPN's two session cookies are kept in this device's Keychain: not synced, not shared with the widget, and sent only to ESPN. The sign-in page also keeps ESPN's and Disney's own session data inside the app, so it can remember you. Signing out deletes both. iOS may keep the Keychain cookies after the app is deleted; Sideline deletes them the next time it is installed.
What is stored on your device
Your league data (league, team and member names, the Sleeper and ESPN member IDs that say which team is whose, lineups, scores and projections), your Sleeper user ID and your settings, shared only with Sideline's own widget. It is never uploaded, and deleting the app deletes it.
